Refund Policy — Zipmerg Tuition

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which payments may be refunded for services provided through Zipmerg Tuition.


1. Demo Classes

  • We provide a 2-day free demo before finalizing the tutor.

  • No payment is required before demo completion.


2. Service Fees

Once the tutor is finalized and services have started:

  • Service or registration fees paid to Zipmerg Tuition are non-refundable.

  • Tuition fees paid for completed classes are non-refundable.


3. Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Tutor unavailable after payment and no replacement provided.

  • Duplicate payment made by mistake.

  • Service not delivered due to platform error.

Refund approval is subject to internal review.


4. Replacement Instead of Refund

  • In most cases, we prioritize providing a replacement tutor instead of refunds.


5. Refund Processing Time

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.


6. Contact for Refund Requests

  • Users must contact our support team within 48 hours of the issue to be eligible for refund consideration.
