By registering or using our services, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions mentioned below. These terms apply to all tutors, students, and parents using our services in Lucknow.
We request all users to read these terms carefully before joining our association.
Zipmerg Tuition acts only as a facilitator between tutors and parents/students and does not act as an employer of tutors.
Registration with our platform indicates acceptance of all terms and policies.
Zipmerg Tuition reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Tutors must be at least 18 years of age.
Tutors must provide accurate personal, academic, and professional details during registration.
Providing false information may result in account termination.
Tutors can register through the official website registration page.
Registration does not guarantee tuition assignments. Assignments depend on:
Student requirements
Tutor qualifications
Location availability
Demand and subject expertise
Tuition fees will be discussed with parents/students through the coordination of Zipmerg Tuition.
Tutors must agree to the finalized fee before accepting any assignment.
Once confirmed, tutors are expected to maintain commitment and professionalism.
The first month tuition fee will be collected by Zipmerg Tuition from parents/students.
Tutors will receive 50% of the first month tuition fee, which will be paid at the end of the first completed month.
Payment will be made through bank transfer to the tutor’s personal savings account.
Tutors must provide:
Account Holder Name
Account Number
IFSC Code
The first two demo classes are unpaid.
Demo classes allow parents to evaluate the tutor before final confirmation.
After receiving parent/student contact details, tutors must contact and visit within 24 hours.
Failure to do so without valid reason will be treated as negligence.
Repeated negligence may result in reduced priority or removal from future assignments.
Tutors must:
Maintain punctuality and regular attendance.
Inform parents and Zipmerg team in advance in case of absence.
Maintain respectful and professional behavior.
Zipmerg Tuition may terminate association in case of misconduct.
Tutors are strictly prohibited from making private arrangements with parents or students introduced through Zipmerg Tuition.
If any tutor is found to:
Finalize tuition directly
Bypass the platform
Hide information about tuition continuation
Then:
Tutor registration will be immediately cancelled
All assignments will be terminated
Zipmerg Tuition reserves the right to take legal action for business loss and agreement violation
Tutors must not have any criminal background.
If any tutor is found involved in illegal or fraudulent activity, Zipmerg Tuition reserves the right to terminate services and take legal action.
Tutors acknowledge that:
They are not employees of Zipmerg Tuition.
They are responsible for their own income tax and financial liabilities.
Zipmerg Tuition is not liable for financial disputes beyond agreed policies.
Zipmerg Tuition is not responsible for:
Tuition cancellation by parents
Personal disputes
Academic performance outcomes
Any incidents occurring during tuition sessions
Students and parents are an important part of our learning community. By requesting tutors through our platform, you agree to the following terms.
Registration for parents and students is completely free.
No registration or hidden charges are taken for requesting tutors.
Two free demo classes will be provided before finalizing a tutor.
If parents are not satisfied, we will attempt to provide a replacement tutor.
Tutors are assigned only through Zipmerg Tuition.
Parents should not finalize tutors privately without company involvement.
Zipmerg Tuition will not be responsible for any inconvenience arising from direct arrangements.
The first month tuition fee will be collected by Zipmerg Tuition as per company policy.
Payments may be made via:
Bank transfer
Cash deposit
Authorized representative collection
Failure to follow payment procedures may result in service interruption.
Parents may request tutors to show:
ID proof
Address proof
Educational qualification documents
Tutors are expected to cooperate.
If parents contact tutors after a long gap (days/weeks/months), they must inform Zipmerg Tuition to avoid confusion.
If parents are dissatisfied with a tutor, we will attempt to provide a replacement subject to availability.
Parents are requested not to finalize tutors directly after demo classes.
Zipmerg Tuition is not responsible for fraud or inconvenience if parents bypass the platform.
Zipmerg Tuition takes reasonable measures to protect the personal data of tutors and parents. Information will not be shared with unauthorized parties except where required for service delivery or legal compliance.
All terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.
